ABOUT US

WHO WE ARE

Our Story

The journey began in 2007 when Delphine and Igor met each other in New Caledonia and Australia. Sailing was as natural to them as breathing and after sailing around Australia and Asia Delphine and Igor decided to open a charter company in Phuket, Thailand in 2009.

The company name, “SweetDreamers” came from a nickname that Dolphine’s mom gave Igor. That nickname is “doux rêveur”, which in French means “sweet dreamer”. This nickname was given to Igor because of his vision and positive view for the future.

Certificate of Excellence

For our excellent service SweetDreamers has been awarded the TripAdvisor “Certificate of Excellence” for the second time (2011 and 2014). Certificates of Excellence are only awarded to businesses that provide the highest levels of customer service and meet and exceed expectations on every level. We are grateful to all of our customers, especially those who took the time to leave much valued feedback and photographs on the TripAdvisor website.

Responsible Tourism

SweetDreamers shares its passion for sailing with the community in which they live and work. This is evident by the projects and charities they are part of in Phuket. SweetDreamers plays an active role in keeping the beaches in Phuket and nearby islands clean and beautiful. They also support charities such as the Soy Dog Foundation, which is an animal help organization, by performing charters and giving money donations. Another organization that is close to their heart is Yaowawit School Kapong, a school for children who have had family difficulties or have had the misfortune of losing one or both of their parents. It is clear that SweetDreamers has a devotion for Phuket that goes far beyond yacht charters.

SweetDreamers Today

Since the company’s creation in 2009 SweetDreamers has put its years of experience in the charter and cruise industry to good use. They have organized, and continue to organize, the best charters around Phuket, proven by the positive feedback they continue to receive from the conception of SweetDreamers.

Exemplary customer service is their number one goal and is provided in three languages, which include English, French and German.

Igor, who is now SweetDreamers General Manager, continuously improves and monitors SweetDreamers operating system, making sure it runs smoothly with every customer transaction, including making reservations and the process involved in organizing a charter. He is always at the helm to be sure that the entire process goes smoothly with little to no hassle for every client.

If your customer experience did not go smoothly or you have ideas on improvements that can be made to our service, please share your concerns and thoughts with us. Our goal is to provide the best service possible. This can be achieved with the help of those who know us best, our customers.
