Minimum charter duration: 7 nights
2 sets of linen, towels, beach towels per person/week
Early boarding is possible (12.00 pm). Extra charge half day price.
Refundable boat damage deposit (without damage waiver): 8000 Euro
Refundable boat damage deposit (with damage waiver): 650 Euro
You can pay your boat damage deposit with credit card or by cash.
The deposit will be released after the charter, if you do not damage the boat.
Charter kit:: 1 bottle of rum,or local aperitif, 2 limes, sugar, 1 pack of 6 coke cans, 1 gallon water, 1 small bottle of washing up liquid, 1 dish cloth/sponge, garbage bags,1 roll of paper towels, 1 box of matches, 1 roll of toilet paper in each head.
The yacht is delivered to you with full tanks of fuel (yacht & dinghy), full tank of water, 1 bottle of cooking gas in duty + 1 spare bottle.
Full board is: (soft drinks and food)
All consumables package: all starting consumables are included plus any re-fill at the tour operator base.
The security insurance (damage waiver) is mandatory in case of a skippered charter. Not available for regattas & races.

Yacht Location
Sailing Experience
A boating license is required for a bareboat charter in Thailand.
The skipper of the yacht must have skipper experience on +/- similar size yacht.
An understanding of basic boat operation (seamanship), boat handling and navigation is required.
If your experience seems a little light, you can choose to charter a bareboat and hire a professional captain for the first few days and then continue the rest of your charter on your own when you feel comfortable.

Payment Policy
30% of the charter fee to confirm booking
70% of the charter fee plus all booked options 45 days before embarkation
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation more than 90 days: 350 €
Cancellation between 89 to 60 days before charter start: 25% of the charter fee(without options)
Cancellation between 59 days and less before charter start: 100% of the charter fee(without options)
If on departure date, the hired boat or equivalent is not available, charterer has the right to the following possibilities:
Extend charter duration of the same time as delay planning permitting.
Not modify the charter end date and be refund for the time boat was not available, on a prorated basis of charter fee.
If delay exceeds one quarter of the charter time, charterer can cancel the contract and be refund for charter fee.
In all cases, charterer cannot claim for prejudice for boat not being available. Any interrupted or shortened charter, any service not used by charterer, for any reason, is not refundable.
